Want to learn a fun approach to journaling that helps you deepen your creative connection with yourself?
In a few weeks I’m running my Wild Intuitive Journaling course again. As a gift to you before registration for that opens, I’d like to offer a taste of the course in this 5 day journaling challenge. In the past two years over 2000 people have joined us to learn new techniques and play with journaling prompts in this challenge.
If you missed out last time, I’d love for you to join us now. This challenge is a taster of my upcoming course Wild Intuitive Journaling – but you don’t have to sign up for the course – the challenge alone is a great way to get comfortable connecting with your intuition in your journal.
And if you participated in the challenge last time, I hope you’ll consider joining us again! There’s always something new to learn and deeper wisdom to be found each time you connect with your intuition.
The purpose of the challenge is to get you connecting with your intuition through the tool of creative journaling, as well as developing your own unique journaling approach based on your intuitive nudges.
Please note that this year is the last time I’m running this challenge.
The journaling challenge is running from Monday 29th January – Friday 2nd February. Sign up below and also get access to my free mini class, the Creative Journaling Toolkit!
What is intuitive journaling?
Intuitive journaling is sitting down to journal without any outside guidance or preconceived notion of how it will turn out. It’s about letting the page unfold how it wants to and trusting the creative process, trusting yourself. It’s about turning inwards and listening to the nudges and whispers from within – and learning that these can offer valuable wisdom. It’s about developing a sense of trust in yourself through creative journaling, and learning to tune into your own intuition and inner wisdom more often.
Intuitive journaling is both written and visual – it includes any and all forms of journaling whether it’s simply words on the page, or 15 different types of media. It tends to steer away from closed journaling prompts in order to focus on the inner messages you receive while journaling – however, simple, open prompts can be helpful to get started.
